The Grand Wipanan Residence

Very large apartments. Fairly modern-looking, though you can see them starting to age due to previous guests that did not treat the apartments well. I also liked the color scheme of these apartments- too many apartments I've stayed at in this part of the world are overly floral and pastel.

First and foremost, the staff at Reception were excellent, especially Praew and Noon. They were so helpful, friendly and very efficient. Also their lovely personalities and warm smiles made staying at the hotel a pleasure. The apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable, the room service good and the little balcony was pleasant to sit out on and watch the sun set. Thank you everyone for three happy days with you.

nicely tucked away, 20 minute walk to the old town and centre of chiang mai. balcony was great with a lovely view of the mountain. shower is good, gym looked decent. incredible value for money, I extended my stay here (you can do at reception and it’s cheaper than booking.com)

I booked this hotel for my sister and her family who resides in Thailand, just days before she gave birth. Her and her family told me the staff were so beautiful, and the rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. The pool was beautiful! Very close to shops, and nice surroundings. They loved the hotel so much, they stay again as soon as they were discharged from the hospital with their new baby. I can't wait to come and stay, and my sister and her family will be back! I can't thank the Grand Wipanan enough for being so accommodating to my family.
